Step 1

We will endeavour to match your budget and requirements with a property of a compatible specification. After discussing your requirements with you, we will arrange for you to view all the properties we trust will meet with your criteria. Our friendly knowledgeable staff will accompany you on all viewings to answer your questions and help you find a new home with as little stress as possible.

Once we have found you a suitable property a dedicated member of staff will help to discuss your contract with the landlord and to oversee the referencing process so that everything right down to your contract sign and move in goes as smoothly as possible.

Step 2

Once you find a property and put forward an acceptable offer, a nominal fee for referencing and administration will be payable as well as a holding deposit equivalent to one-weeks rent (this will be deducted from the balance of move-in monies). The property will be removed from the market and held until your required move-in date.

Your tenancy will be subject to appropriate referencing and credit checks; you will be supplied with details of our referencing agent for these checks to be undertaken.

On the day of move-in you will be required to visit our office to sign the necessary paperwork and pay, in cleared funds, the balance of move-in monies (one calendar months rent in advance, plus a six-week security deposit). The security deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement. You will be given the keys and your tenancy will commence.
